I see this wireless SSID, what does it mean?

This is my attempt to convert my wifi network from PSK authentication to RADIUS authentication using usernames and passwords

Once provided a username and password the following are how to set it up

OS X

1. Select Apple logo in the upper left-hand corner
2. Select System Preferences...
3. Select Network
4. Select Wi-Fi
5. Under network name, select secure.rojocomp.net
6. Enter your username and password for the network, provided by rojocomp
7. Your computer may ask you if you accept the certificate, please do and if required, enter a username and password of an administrator on your local compter.

iOS

1. Select Settings
2. Select Wi-Fi
3. Select secure.rojocomp.net
4. Enter your username and password for the network, provided by rojocomp
5. If your iOS device asks you to accept a certificate, please do.

Andriod

1. Select Settings
2. Select Wi-Fi
3. Select secure.rojocomp.net
4. EAP Method: PEAP
5. Phase 2 Authentication: None
6. CA Crtificate: Unspecified
7. Identity: username provided by rojocomp
8. Leave Anonymous identity blank
9. Enter your network password
